Fried Calamari is a recipe I was neither especially worried about (it's battered and fried) nor excited about (it's squid), although Alex did amp up the worried factor a bit just by using the word "beak" repeatedly.

It's a pretty straightforward dish, of the cut-it-up-and-fry-it variety.
It was met with moderate-to-high enthusiasm.
Actually, high-to-moderate is probably more accurate, since Ivy initially went with two thumbs up and then adjusted her rating down after a couple of pieces.
